As I recall, wasn't there some brewha when RPGBN rejected his blog for membership? I find it ironic they relented, added him to the feed, and the blog ends shortly thereafter. I wish Christian well though! His 'zine is incredibly cool.
Sadly, there is nothing of it on the Wayback Machine right now (http://www.archive.org/).
I guess I can understand his decision if he thought having the blog around would make it too tempting to continue writing for, although personally I find reading other blogs a much bigger time dump than writing my own.
Thanks for the posting this. I was wondering what happened to him. His blog was one of my regular stops and really appreciated his great attitude and posts. Not too mention his short D&D cooking videos. :) Good luck Christian!
Thanks for the kind words, man. I wish I had left my farewell up longer. Thanks for posting it here. I look forward to scribbling zines and the stuffing of envelopes.
Man, thanks for posting this. It makes me sad... Chrisitian is a relly nice guy, I hope his plans work out!
ReplyDeleteWe can hope that his stuff appears on the Wayback Machine

His blog will definitely be missed.
I will miss his West-Coast perspective very much. :(

ReplyDeletePeace,

I missed the announcement. Thanks for posting this.
ReplyDeleteChristian I wish you the best!
I must say I was stuck by this, I haven't been reading the RPG blogosphere for long but his site gave me many good readings.
ReplyDeleteGoogle cache might help with some posts, that is how I found his latest (the farewell letter).
Damn Dude! I was hoping to DL a bunch of your recipes... ack!
ReplyDeleteI've been reading Christian's print stuff for ages, but I will miss the blog(s).
Don't be a stranger lad ;)
